Surrey Tree Lighting Festival is offering free rides for attendees. Come to Surrey Civic Plaza and take in the festival from the sky as you ride on the Ferris Wheel, and your littles take a spin on the Barrel of Monkeys. New to this year's event is the Pirate Ship and the Underwater Maze & Slide.
