Salish Secondary Dance

École Salish Secondary is a public school located in the Cloverdale area of Surrey, B.C. They offer curricular dance courses for students in grades 8 through 12. Under the leadership of dance teacher Ms. Jensen, the Salish dance program has over 200 students participating in school shows and community events throughout the year.

The Dimes

The Dimes are a group like no other. Their specialty is in all things throwback, covering the most memorable songs from the most influential decades in music. Their extensive repertoire means that they truly have something for everyone: classic Christmas favorites that everyone knows and loves, Elvis and other 1950s rock and roll, 1960s doo-wop with a focus on girl groups including The Supremes, 1970s disco and dance floor starters from ABBA and The Bee Gees, 1980s tunes from Prince and Cyndi Lauper, 1990s jams with favorites from Britney to the Backstreet Boys, and early 2000s throwback music that everyone loves. 

The Wee Drams Highland Dance Company is a traditional Scottish Highland Dance group with a modern swish of the kilt. Affiliated with Keri's Highland Dance Studio located in White Rock/South Surrey, the group includes Premier level dancers and former BC Champions. Having performed across the Lower Mainland, The Wee Drams aim to showcase Highland dance at its highest level and help to promote Scottish and Celtic culture.

Tree Lighting Ceremony ft. Mayor & Council

Join Mayor and Council as they light Surrey's 60-ft Christmas tree.

Velavox is an award-winning alternative pop duo from B.C., consisting of Nicole Gibson (Vocals) and Chris Kelly (Vocals, Synths, Electric Guitar).

The duo has collaborated with a range of artists and producers, releasing tracks that led to them being featured on Spotify's New Music Friday, Mint Canada, Tantra, and Dance Fresh Finds playlists.

They were also selected in the first round of artists for the RBCXMusic First Up program and masterclass, as well as being part of the Canadian Music Incubator (2021) and landing two showcases at Canadian Music Week (2021).

Westcoast Harmony Chorus

Westcoast Harmony Chorus is a world-renowned a cappella group with over 60 members of varying ages, singing primarily in the barbershop style. They earned 6th place at the Sweet Adelines International Competition in Phoenix in 2022. Most recently, the chorus won their regional competition, qualifying them to compete internationally again in Kansas City, Missouri, in the fall of 2024.

Yunik Dance

Yunik Dance is a premier K-pop dance studio offering weekly classes in the heart of downtown Vancouver and Burnaby. They provide a range of dynamic programs, including kids' classes, showcase teams, video projects, K-pop basics, and more. Whether you're new to K-pop or a seasoned fan, you'll have the chance to learn the same choreographies performed by your favorite K-pop idols in music videos and live performances.
